Shipping (Print products)
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the place of manufacture. An indication of the estimated delivery time can be found on the respective product page.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with a Print On Demand company that handles orders with facilities all over the world! The product is produced and shipped by the supplier at the nearest production site to the customer.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For EU and USA/Mexico:
Our products are manufactured in the EU or in the United States/Mexico. If your order is from one of these regions, you will not be charged any customs duties. It is very rare that one of the products is not shipped from your region. If this is the case, contact us and we will reimburse you for the customs duties.

For all other regions:
International orders may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:


• Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.


• Ask the local post office if the package is there.


• Check with your neighbors to see if the courier delivered the package to them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at support@metalicht.com with your order number. If you've found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

Orders
How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, email us at support@metalicht.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week at support@metalicht.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!

When will I receive my order?

Germany: 1 - 2 working days

Europe: 2 - 5 business days

North America: 6 - 10 business days

Australia: 7 - 9 business days

Japan: 5 - 7 business days

International: 10 - 20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?

Shipping is from Germany. We use DHL as a shipping service provider.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

Return policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@metalicht.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also add quality photos where we can see the issue.

Additional regulations for print products
In case you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, please contact us at support@metalicht.com and share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. You don’t need to return the received item to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Our print products are personalized items and can't be returned. (This of course doesn't apply to damages and issues)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return shipping costs
The following regulations apply for returns from EU countries:

Within the 28 days after receiving the goods, the return is free of charge. Simple. However, please contact us under any circumstance prior to the return.

The following regulations apply to non-EU countries:
The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Always contact us prior to the return and await our instructions so that we can provide you with all the necessary documents. For returns you can send an email to support@metalicht.com.

Wrong size, color, etc. (only print products)
We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
To avoid such errors, please check our size guides, you can find those in the product description.

While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at support@metalicht.com within a week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
