My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at support@metalicht.com with your order number. If you've found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refunds

Absolut empfehlenswert! - Chakren Kristalle der Neuen Zeit

Die intensive Chakren-Behandlungs-Meditation mit den Chakren Kristallen der Neuen Zeit ist supertoll. Ich nutze bislang andere Chakrenreinigungen, habe bei dieser meine Chakrenenergien sehr intensiv wahrnehmen als auch die unmittelbare Auswirkung auf meinen Körper spüren können. Mein Körper fühlte sich danach sofort viel leichter und ausgeglichener an. Der Prozess ging danach noch fleißig weiter. Die Stimme von Nijaz El'Nama'Dilaih empfand ich als sehr angenehm. Ein äußerst wertvolles Werkzeug in dieser Zeit, sehr empfehlenswert!
