We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also add quality photos where we can see the issue.
Additional regulations for print products
In case you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. You don’t need to return the received item to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Our print products are personalized items and can't be returned. (This of course doesn't apply to damages and issues)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Always contact us prior to the return and await our instructions so that we can provide you with all the necessary documents. For returns you can send an email to email@example.com.
Wrong size, color, etc. (only print products)
We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. To avoid such errors, please check our size guides, you can find those in the product description.
While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at
firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
