Your dragon possesses the power to amplify your abilities, accelerate your development and connect the energies of your aspects deeply and quickly, empowering you to travel through space and time.

With the help of the light ray technology of the dragon invocator, it is possible for you to open a field of memory in you via the transcendental sound frequencies, which, through the release of your light-filled intention, from the deepest levels of your divinity, with the highest radiance, will call upon your dragon energy. My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at support@metalicht.com with your order number. If you've found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week at support@metalicht.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
