My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:


• Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.


• Ask the local post office if the package is there.


• Check with your neighbors to see if the courier delivered the package to them.



If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at support@metalicht.com with your order number. If you've found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week at support@metalicht.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@metalicht.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also add quality photos where we can see the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for used light essences. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return shipping costs

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Absolut empfehlenswert! - Chakren Kristalle der Neuen Zeit

Die intensive Chakren-Behandlungs-Meditation mit den Chakren Kristallen der Neuen Zeit ist supertoll. Ich nutze bislang andere Chakrenreinigungen, habe bei dieser meine Chakrenenergien sehr intensiv wahrnehmen als auch die unmittelbare Auswirkung auf meinen Körper spüren können. Mein Körper fühlte sich danach sofort viel leichter und ausgeglichener an. Der Prozess ging danach noch fleißig weiter. Die Stimme von Nijaz El'Nama'Dilaih empfand ich als sehr angenehm.
